Big, big, news for all Steampunks, Charnel Housers and fans of great music…
On April 6th 2013, as part of our Charnel House event, we will have a very special live performance from the fantastic The Men That Will Not Be Blamed for Nothing.
The band have played at many festivals around the world and also diverse gigs from comedy clubs to death metal shows.. that chap on your left may well be a familiar face as it’s comedian Andrew O’Neill and the handsome chap second from right is Gerhard Heintz who may well be remembered from iconic group Creaming Jesus.
The band have two full length albums : ‘The Steampunk Album! That Cannot Be Named For Legal Reasons’ (changed after a dispute with EMI!) and ‘This May Be The Reason Why The Men That Will Not Be Blamed For Nothing Cannot Be Killed By Conventional Weapons’ (gosh, that just rolls off the tongue!) they’ve also made national news by releasing a single on Wax Cylinder.
Needless to say, we’re quite pleased to have them here, feedback from our 2011 survey (yes, I know, I know…) suggested you wanted more bands at CH and this is a truly exciting band for us to have.
For this night we’ll be asking a small increase on the regular cover charge – it will be £5 on the door. Which I’m sure you’ll agree is reasonable for such an excellent band on top of the regular Charnel House night.
Advance tickets will also be available priced at £5, this will guarantee your place – you’ll be able to grab them from us at the next Charnel House (no booking fees) from Reflex Records (small booking fee) or from the Charnel House website (click store! – no booking fees, but we won’t send you a physical ticket) or also on seetickets (slightly bigger booking fees, e-tickets available)
